Abbot Kinney boutique.
Starting situation
A clothing boutique on Abbot Kinney Boulevard relied almost entirely on foot traffic. The Google Business Profile was unclaimed, the business had zero reviews, and citations listed three different addresses from past moves.
What we did
- Claimed and rebuilt the Google Business Profile with correct categories, attributes, and hours.
- Built a review process around the point of sale; staff asked happy customers directly.
- Cleaned up 40+ inconsistent citations to one canonical address.
- Published a neighborhood landing page for "boutique Abbot Kinney" with LocalBusiness schema.
- Added a monthly photo cadence showing new arrivals and the storefront.

Representative engagement. Metrics are from Google Business Profile and Analytics data for the engagement period.
Venice restaurant group.
Starting situation
Three Venice restaurants under one group. Duplicate listings split reviews across phantom profiles, the menu existed only as a PDF, and the site loaded in 1.9 seconds on mobile — slow enough to lose the lunch crowd.
What we did
- Merged duplicate listings and consolidated reviews into one profile per location.
- Rebuilt the menu as structured, machine-readable content with Menu schema.
- Created one location page per restaurant with neighborhood-specific content.
- Cut mobile load time from 1.9s to 0.7s LCP with image and script cleanup.
- Set a review-velocity and photo routine across all three locations.
Results
Representative engagement. Metrics are from Google Business Profile and Analytics data for the engagement period.
Marina del Rey dental practice.
Starting situation
A new dental practice with a brand-new website and no search presence. Invisible for "dentist marina del rey" while established competitors held every Map Pack slot.
What we did
- Designed the site around an entity-first architecture: one page per service, one per neighborhood.
- Added Dentist schema, FAQ schema, and practitioner markup across the site.
- Built the Google Business Profile from scratch with services, products, and booking links.
- Ran a post-appointment review flow that stayed within policy.
- Earned local citations and two neighborhood press mentions.
Results
Representative engagement. Metrics are from Google Business Profile and Analytics data for the engagement period.
